What can I expect from the event?
The ultimate family adventure. Located in the heart of Marché Central, this 1.5 km walking trail offers a unique immersive experience: an imaginary journey around the world through magical and awe-inspiring light displays. Each section highlights fan favourites, revisiting the iconic scenes that have delighted both children and adults over the years.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-90 minutes, at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Please note that outside food will not be allowed on the Festilumi grounds.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Are there heated areas?
During the visit, guests will have access to heated zones located along the trail.
Will Festilumi be cancelled in bad weather?
Festilumi takes place in all weather conditions. However, for safety reasons, we may cancel in the event of extreme winds or severe storms. If such situations occur, announcements will be posted on Festilumi’s social media. Unless otherwise stated, we’ll be ready to welcome you, rain or shine.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What is the Flex Option?
If you want the flexibility to exchange your ticket for another date or time slot for any reason, you can add the Flex Option at the time of purchase for just $10 more per ticket. This option allows you to exchange your ticket for a new date and time slot and also includes the benefits of Weather Insurance. The Flex Option must be purchased at the same time as your original ticket and cannot be added later, no exceptions. It is valid for one-time use only.
About access to the event
Is the event accessible by public transit?
Festilumi takes place at Marché Central in Montreal. Several public transit routes stop near Marché Central.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Certified service dogs are welcome at all times. Some evenings during the season are designated as Dog Nights, when guests can enjoy the event with their leashed dogs. Dates and rules for Dog Nights will be posted on the Festilumi website.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has heated restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to Festilumi.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids 2 and under are welcome, free of charge.
How should I prepare for the experience?
Here are some practical tips to make the most of your adventure:
- We invite you to dress according to the evening temperature and let yourself be dazzled by the Festilumi adventure—rain or shine!
- Wear comfortable and appropriate footwear (taking into account the possibility of rain, snow, or other winter conditions).
- The route is 1.5 kilometers long. Plan for 60 to 90 minutes for the visit. These times are approximate and may vary depending on attendance.
- To capture the magical moments of your adventure in photos and videos, make sure your mobile phone is fully charged.
The outdoor, nighttime, winter walking trail is subject to weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice, darkness, and more. Please be cautious at all times and equip yourself with suitable clothing, boots, and accessories for these conditions. Festilumi is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, or injury. Stay in designated areas and remain alert to your surroundings, other visitors, structures, the ground, and the trail. Please do not attempt to climb on the structures.
